Senior Business Transformation Project Manager, Exploratory Banking & Strategic Partnerships | SEB Stockholm

We are looking for a senior Business Transformation Project Manager to join Business & Retail Banking’s Customer Lifecycle Management team. The overall purpose of our team is to design and develop customer processes, i.e. on- and offboarding for the division, to ensure great customer experience and efficiency for advisors.

About The Role

You will lead the strategical and highly prioritized business implementation of an external regulatory tool engine that will span across all Business & Retail Banking’s customer processes. This strategic initiative is establishing the core foundation for our work with the customer journeys.

You will work closely with colleagues within the team and large parts of Business & Retail Banking division, especially Customer Portfolio Management and Retail Sweden. You will also work very close to the SEB Group’s CLMT project and the Business & Retail Banking Offering Domain.

In this assignment as senior project manager, you will be responsible for:

• Securing governance & setting up high performing project teams.
• Including important activities in the strategic roadmap for customer processes.
• Business rollout plan, e.g., timing, instructions, user training,
• Coordination of change management activities, e.g., matching operations to the external vendor’s process design.
• Implementation and realization of project effects.
• Stakeholder communication and business orchestration for the project.

To succeed in this role, you possess a strong drive, documented experience of delivering results to a strategic roadmap and several years of experience within change management and project management.

• You are a true team player with the ability to work, lead and inspire in virtual organizations.
• You excel at collaborating with senior stakeholders both within and outside division to ensure alignment with business objectives and mutual understanding across the organization.
• You have a proven track record in implementing larger projects with cross dependencies
• You apply a strategic, holistic approach and are a strong problem solver.
• You are structured and a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
• You have a good understanding and experience of agile way of working, and how regulatory demands impact the business.
• You are a person with a positive mindset and create a joyful atmosphere
• Experience of working in a customer-related role is an advantage.
