Are you an ambitious Junior Project Manager looking for work that sparks real connection? Then we may have the perfect job for you! 

For our Construction & Design team we're looking for a talented, new team member! An international team working on projects across all our regions, Construction & Design looks after our existing properties as well as develops new hotels across Europe. Based in Amsterdam the team is ‘on the road’ regularly to visit our properties and construction sites. The team is creative, innovative and always on the hunt for new design ideas and ways to deliver projects. In this position you will report to the Director of Construction and Design. 

This Is What You're Going To Do

• Responsible for the daily administration of the department.
• Assisting the Project Managers in the delivery of projects.
• Manage small projects independently.
• Handling our purchasing and sales for the department.
• Checking order confirmations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders, incl. vendors and suppliers. 
• With new projects you ensure all products are ordered on time and you closely monitor the delivery.

We are looking for an accurate, self-starting team player who is good in multi-tasking and has eye for detail.

• min of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch is a big plus.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong computer and communication skills.
• Living in or around Amsterdam.
• Experience in Hospitality or Real Estate is a plus.
