Job Title: Data Analyst (3-Month Contract)

Location: Amsterdam NL/Hybrid

Contract Type: 3-Month Contract

Rate: €90 per hour

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst for an initial 3-month contract based in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving analytics tasks such as reporting, visualization, and analysis, collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex business problems using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a fellow data analyst to drive analytics and reporting tasks.
• Assist with the development and optimization of PySpark code.
• Conduct ad-hoc research to address business/Operations questions regarding performance indicator trends.
• Update KPI calculations to reflect recent business changes.
• Work primarily within the scope of the project, delivering impactful insights that support business decisions.
• Occasionally collaborate across multiple teams to ensure seamless data reporting.
• Effectively communicate complex analysis results to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
• Ensure data quality and stability by performing peer reviews on your work.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with PySpark (essential).
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau.
• Experience or knowledge of Pega/Pega data (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, managing your own time and tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analysis results in a clear manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience in similar data analytics roles, ideally within business analytics or operations.
