Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on front-end development and write clean, maintainable code.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Optimize web applications for performance and accessibility.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, operations, and product, to deliver high-quality features.
• Maintain thorough documentation of developed features and modifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve development processes.
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Experience working in a product-led, fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and BEM methodology.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS or LESS).
• Familiarity with Figma and Storybook.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Understanding of responsive design and web performance optimization.
• Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong communication skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to rapid technological and business changes.
• Ownership and accountability for tasks and outcomes. Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of the Ionic framework for hybrid mobile app development.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with performance optimization strategies.
