Role Overview

The CEO will lead the company’s strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in scaling healthtech or digital technology startups, securing funding, driving commercial success, and potentially leading an exit or acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a high-growth strategy, ensuring market dominance and expansion.
• Commercial Growth: Drive revenue growth through partnerships, product innovation, and customer acquisition.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee product development, regulatory compliance, and market expansion.
• Investment & M&A: Secure funding, build investor confidence, and position the company for acquisition or further scale-up.
• Team Leadership: Build, inspire, and scale a high-performing executive team.
• Market Positioning: Establish the company as a leader in digital health, leveraging AI, data, and tech-driven healthcare solutions.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Prior CEO, Founder, or C-level experience in a high-growth healthtech or digital startup.
• Scale & Acquisition: Proven track record in scaling a tech-driven company and leading an exit, acquisition, or significant funding round.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital health, AI-driven healthcare, and regulatory frameworks.
• Leadership: Strong executive presence with the ability to drive innovation, commercial success, and operational efficiency.
• Network: Strong connections in the healthtech, VC, and investment space.
