Senior Program Manager Lead

Senior Program Manager - Technology - 6 - 12 Months Contract

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver large-scale IT infrastructure, business applications, DevOps, and IT support programs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex technology initiatives, strong leadership skills, and exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

This is a consultancy contract for an initial 6 months which can be extended based on project needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of IT programs, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, DevOps, and IT support amongst others.
• Develop and drive program strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology roadmaps.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple workstreams.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Track and report program performance, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT programs.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a track record of driving program success.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile, SAFe, or other program management methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), IT operations, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity best practices.
• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification preferred

Key Areas of Focus:

IT Infrastructure Projects:

• Oversee data center operations, cloud migration, network architecture, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery initiatives.
• Ensure robust and scalable IT infrastructure to support business growth.
• Manage vendors and service providers to maintain high availability and performance.

Enterprise Applications & Business Systems:

• Drive the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between applications and business processes.
• Work closely with business units to align IT applications with strategic objectives.

DevOps & IT Support:

• Oversee DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, automation, and cloud-native development.
• Drive adoption of modern development and deployment practices to enhance agility and efficiency.
• Ensure effective IT support services, including ITSM, incident management, and end-user computing solutions.
