THE ROLE

As a Project Manger at Kempower, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the ever-evolving EV market. On a typical day, you'll analyze, plan, develop, suggest, and deliver charging solutions by using information obtained from customers and sales, making a direct impact on our mission to revolutionize transportation.

In this role, you will

• Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and project milestones.
• Oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of customer projects and ensure that all elements are on track and within customers specification.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and ensuring that their expectations are met.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including projects plan, reports and meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new and innovative solutions.
• Educate and provide training to clients about our solutions and capabilities.
  
  

In this role, occasional traveling is required.

At Kempower, we work in a hybrid model. This position is based in Norway and our office is located in Nannestad.

As our official company language is English, proficiency in spoken and written English is required. Also, for this role, we expect fluency in Norwegian.
