Project Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving innovative software projects to success? We're seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our client's cutting-edge team and lead cross-functional groups in delivering high-impact solutions. This a 12 month hybrid contract based in Abu Dhabi.

What you'll do

As our Senior Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of exciting software development initiatives, guiding teams through the entire project lifecycle.

• Define and deliver concurrent projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Align software development with our business and departmental vision, fostering innovation and consistency
• Liaise with various teams, including Business Architecture, Technical Architecture and Operations, to ensure seamless project delivery
• Lead and coordinate near-shore, offshore and onshore delivery teams
• Build and maintain relationships with product owners and third-party agencies, effectively managing expectations
• Take charge of projects from concept to implementation, serving as the primary point of contact
• Drive the transition to Agile methodologies within your projects, optimizing product delivery

What you bring to the table

• Proven track record in implementing and driving Agile methodologies
• Experience managing remote teams in an on-shore and off-shore model
• Exceptional communication skills, especially in virtual environments
• Self-motivation and proactive work ethic
• Demonstrated success in software delivery, balancing time, budget and client needs
• Creative thinking and strong administrative abilities
• Skill in translating business needs into technical requirements
