UI UX Product Designer

About the Role:

• Take full ownership of the Product Design process, from discovery to delivery, for assigned projects.
• Lead collaborative problem-solving and idea generation sessions with team members and stakeholders.
• Design impactful product experiences, creating end-to-end flows for complex user journeys with minimal oversight.
• Apply principles of human-computer interaction (HCI) to design engaging, efficient, and impactful user interactions.
• Utilize prototyping to ensure the creation of smooth, delightful user experiences.
• Work within an existing design system, effectively adapting components to meet project needs.
• Align stakeholders to design user-centered experiences that balance business goals and user needs.
• Communicate design rationales, insights, and processes clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.

About the Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design.
• A strong user-centered approach to problem-solving.
• Solid UX/UI design skills, with experience across both mobile and web platforms.
• Ability to execute and deliver high-quality designs efficiently.
• Proficiency in Figma is a must.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A portfolio sample must be included with your CV.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your design process, completed work, and the impact of your designs.

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams.
• Solid knowledge of interaction design and visual design principles.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web front-end development standards.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Protopie, After Effects, or similar.
• Experience in Service Design, User Research, Front-end Development, Accessible Design, or Design Systems.
