Job Title: Developer Technical Writer

Location: Remote - working EST hours

Duration: 6 month contract to start, potential 6 month extension.

Work Type: W2

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team, collaborating with the documentation team, support teams, product owner, and developers. The primary responsibilities include creating a set of step-by-step guides for our partners. These public-facing guides describe how to integrate a game with our SDK interfaces. You will write game code which integrates with the interfaces and use this as example code in the guides. This role requires coding skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams

Requirements:

• Experience developing software in C++
• Experience working with Unreal.
• Experience writing technical documentation/guides.
• Experience documenting products or services aimed at technical users.
• Experience working in an agile software development environment, using version control systems (GitHub, Perforce), Jira, Confluence, Slack.
• Excellent written(English) and spoken communication skills.
• Experience iterating on documentation to create clarity.
