Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic UI/UX Designer to join our team and support various aspects of our business operations.
The ideal candidate should possess an excellent eye for clean and artful designs, exceptional UI skills, and a solid understanding of UX principles. The role includes creating various online outputs, including social media posts, static and animated website banners, emailers, and e‐newsletters.
This position will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering teamwork, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
About The Role

• Conducting user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Developing user personas and creating user journeys to inform design decisions.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high‐fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conducting usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross‐functional teams such as product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design decisions align with business goals and user needs.
• Ensuring consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface, including visual design, typography, and interaction design.
• Developing design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability of design solutions.
• Conducting heuristic evaluations to identify areas for improvement in the user interface.
• Creating and maintaining design documentation and design assets.
• Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback and user research
  

Qualifications
What we expect of you:

• Degree in Communication design or equivalent.
• Diploma in UI/UX design.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant field of UI design, wireframing and prototyping, probably in an independent role.
• International experience is an advantage, either through work abroad or through working with international companies and customers.
