Your role

In this role, consultants need to work as a Senior Agile Coach, Practitioner or Consultant:

• Coach and mentor business units within the organization to adopt and grow Scaled agile mindsets, Agile\Product practices, and ways of working to deliver customer value.
• Continuously align ways of working within and across the client’s topology to deliver on Objectives and Key Results, improvement of KPIs, and realizing efficiencies in alignment to the scorecard.
• Help teams realize product goals through modern product-management techniques.
• Coaches Client’s squads and leadership on servant leadership, scaled agile concepts, improvement roadmaps, product roadmaps with clear customer focus and benefits.
• Provide data-driven analysis and improvement opportunities on delivery productivity, and work with leaders and teams to address them.
• Support and enable teams to effectively use tools to enable iterative and incremental delivery.
• Define, implement, and enable customers to use Agile\DevOps metrics in areas that generate value and indicate potential problems/risks. Assist teams with implementing solutions to remediate those problems as well as proactive solutions.
• Facilitates cross-team, program wide rituals.
• Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase efficiency to maximize capacity, promote predictability and assure software and process quality.
• Establish team’s working agreements, help resolve impediments, facilitate productivity, and increase the probability of success in each sprint.
• Work closely with product owner towards the success of the product releases.
• Success in this role will be measured through the ability to drive business transformation using the technology/digital knowledge and Agile\Product\DevOps configuration\management skills.
• Agile Consultants are expected to be fully accountable for the delivery of their stream/projects.
  
  

Your Profile

• At least 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• At least 5+ years of Scaled Agile coaching experience.
• In depth knowledge of multiple frameworks – preferably SAFe, Less, Spotify, Scrum, Kanban etc.
• Have been actively involved in delivering Agile transformations.
• Robust relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong Change Management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with working in a cross-cultural setting.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Experience in coaching and training individuals, teams, leadership and stakeholders on agile principles, methodologies, and metrics.
• Ability to provide hands on coaching to 10-20 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on agile roles, rituals, artifacts, frameworks, and metrics.
• Mentor and upskill participants in all Agile roles-especially the ones of Product owner, Leadership and Business stakeholders.
  
  

Ability to drive and monitor transformation KPIs within the organization and BU’s.

• Conduct Maturity assessment of the team and organization to build a coaching roadmap and drive the teams to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Improve roles skills and capabilities through training, enablement and context level uplift approaches and practices.
• Expertise in Scaled Agile & Data based Metrics configuration.
• Expertise in 1 or more of the Agile Lifecycle Management tools – JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps (Desired)
• Knowledge on DevOps concepts - Continuous integration, Continuous Testing, Continuous delivery.
