The Role

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable product requirements for the technology team. Working closely with leadership, you’ll define and prioritise the development roadmap, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. • £60-£70k

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and detailed product specifications.
• Collaborate with commercial and technology teams to ensure smooth development and delivery.
• Manage product documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Participate in development kick-off meetings and track project progress.
• Engage stakeholders to align on priorities, mitigate risks, and drive product success.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Commercial and digital business experience, ideally in online platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other product management tools.
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
