Position Overview:

As a UX/UI Designer at AI71, you will be directly involved in designing and creating user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the best user experiences for our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UX/UI design, proficiency in tools like Figma, and a strong understanding of practical design principles that enhance both user satisfaction and product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and other team members to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for AI-driven products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or similar design software.
• Conduct user research, workshops, and journey mapping sessions to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
• Ensure a consistent design language across products while maintaining brand identity.
• Translate complex AI-driven features into easy-to-use, functional, and visually engaging designs.
• Prioritize practicality alongside aesthetics to ensure seamless functionality in real-world applications.
• Maintain a strong focus on accessibility and responsive design to deliver inclusive user experiences across different devices and platforms.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work in both UX and UI design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (or similar design software) to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience working hands-on with development teams, collaborating closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, journey mapping, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and effectively gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for both practicality and aesthetics in design solutions.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working in AI-driven or technology-heavy environments.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in client-facing roles, particularly in a design or product development capacity.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
• Experience in the healthcare or construction sectors is a plus.
