🔹 What You’ll Do:

✅ Build & own the front-end architecture for our fintech platform.

✅ Work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and business teams to bring cutting-edge fintech solutions to life.

✅ Make key technical decisions that shape the company’s future.

✅ Push yourself and the team to deliver a high-quality, scalable, and performant product on time.

✅ Drive innovation, experimentation, and rapid iteration in a fast-paced startup environment.

🔹 What You Bring:

✔️ 5+ years of front-end development experience.

✔️ Mastery of React.js (Next.js preferred), Vue.js, or Angular.

✔️ Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (Tailwind, Material-UI, or Chakra UI).

✔️ Deep understanding of state management (Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or Context API).

✔️ Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

✔️ Hands-on experience with performance optimization & Core Web Vitals.

✔️ Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

✔️ A growth mindset, hunger to learn, and the ability to own the product like a co-founder.

🔹 Bonus Skills:

✨ Previous startup experience or a founder mindset.

✨ Knowledge of server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js).

✨ Experience in fintech or financial applications.

✨ Strong product and UX sense understanding what makes a product intuitive and user-friendly.
