About the role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous manual testing. You will work closely with the development and product teams to design test cases, execute tests, and report defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure functionality of features match the specifications
• Identify and report bugs for developers to fix
• Provide suggestions to enhance different systems or software
• Designing test plans and procedures
• Create and maintain test documentation
• Executing tests on source code with scripts
• Analyzing and reporting test results
• Document all steps and procedures starting with troubleshooting and resolving issues within our tracking software - (Jira)
• Provide frontline client and/or technical support assistance to the Customer service team
• Gather required information from clients and escalate issues to other internal resources according to predefined process as required

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Developing Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience on design and maintaining test documentation in Testrail (Test plans & Test cases)
• Experience in manual testing web applications (UI, UX)
• Mobile testing experience (iOS, Android)
• Experience in API testing (Postman)
• Good understanding of QA methodologies & practices
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good spoken and written English

Will Be Plus:

• Experience working with helpdesk tools / remote monitoring /databases
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, JSON;
• Personal Computer that can be used for work
• Personal Android and iPhone that can be used for work
