Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to maintain, enhance, and scale our WordPress-based websites.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with Elementor for front-end design, a solid understanding of PHP, HTML, and CSS, and the ability to manage WooCommerce integrations.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring website security, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align web solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, enhance, and scale the company’s WordPress-based websites to ensure optimal performance and user engagement.
  • Utilize Elementor to design and style the front end, creating consistent and engaging user experiences; build and customize website layouts, integrating them with other plugins/themes, and ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Address technical debt and optimize websites for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Ensure website security and reliability by handling regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Manage and optimize WooCommerce integrations to enhance e-commerce capabilities and user experience.
  • Integrate SEO best practices and monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform improvements.
  • Implement basic PHP, HTML, and CSS to customize WordPress themes and functionality as needed.
  • Manage, maintain, and regularly update WordPress plugins, strategically selecting and gradually transitioning to custom code to minimize reliance on external dependencies.
