Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will actively participate in daily stand-up meetings to share progress and address any blockers with your peers.

  • You will be responsible for understanding detailed requirements, defining optimal coding strategies, writing high-quality code and unit tests, and ensuring the delivery of fully functional software to testers.
  • Additionally, you will prepare and organize demos for stakeholders, contribute to successful releases, propose technical enhancements, maintain continuous integration processes, and engage in all Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and identify any obstacles with team members.
  • Comprehend detailed requirements to be developed by the team and devise effective coding strategies to meet these needs.
  • Write both code and unit tests to ensure high code quality and adherence to requirements.
  • Deliver runnable software to testers, ensuring it fully meets the specified requirements.
  • Prepare and organize demos for stakeholders, including Product Owners and Technical Leaders.
  • Actively contribute to the success of software releases through thorough testing and validation.
  • Proactively suggest technical enhancements to the team and Product Owner.
  • Ensure continuous integration processes are maintained and adhere to the team’s Definition of Done.
  • Actively engage in all Agile processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development, with expertise in Kotlin for Android applications.
