Your job is to lead a vertical Product team that focuses on building products for our business clients, as well as helping our Sales and Marketing teams distribute these products. Our B2B products include merchant checkout integrations, affiliate monetization, and business credit. We are also working to expand our digital team by leveraging AI-driven agents to support growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate a strategic vision for B2B products based on KPIs
• Lead your team as well as collaborate with other teams to create the best possible outcomes
• Take responsibility for features, where you are the owner. Maintain and develop these features with the highest quality
• Push for innovative ideas and don't wait for anyone to babysit you
• Focus on execution and clear communication in all projects
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in launching and growing software products
• Ability to structure your work in detail and run multiple projects in parallel, which involve stakeholders from different departments
• Hands-on experience with product management tools and data analytics platforms
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Background in B2B Sales or Marketing is a bonus
• Experience with AI technologies would be an advantage.
