What you have to know about this opportunity?

We're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Cyber Security Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of cyber security at a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cyber Security Investigations: Conduct cyber security investigations to detect cyber threat at their earliest stages avoiding disruption on the Sanofi’s activities
  • Detection Strategy: Collaborate to the definition of the Sanofi Threat Detection Strategy. Help to identify gaps and propose counter measures to counter-balance the risks. Prepare incident response plans to be applied in case of detection
  • Lead the preparation and readiness of SOC tools: Take the lead on one of the SOC Tools and keep it fine tuned and ready to detect a threat and respond if needed
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams across Sanofi to ensure cyber security considerations are integrated into all relevant projects and initiatives

About You

The profile of the colleague we’d love to work with?

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in cyber security, with a strong background in Security Operations
  • Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR and SOC toolkit
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cultural change
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex problems
  • Must understand how corporations are breached and how attackers behave in a compromised company. To detect hackers, one must know how they work. Must have a continuous learning mindset, that adapts as the threat landscape and attack methodologies change
  • Relevant certifications in cyber security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, BTL2) are highly desirable
  • Fluent English and French

  • Execute and deliver monitoring and detections defined by the global detection strategy
  • Respond to cyber incidents and detect threats
  • Fine tune continuously the SOC tools
