• Strategic Planning: Lead the development of product strategies for service launches, working closely with customer-facing teams and leveraging data-driven insights.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive large-scale product delivery by coordinating multifaceted teams comprising customer-facing, development, data, and managerial departments.
• User-Centric Approach: Engage with customers to deeply understand their interactions with our platform, shaping the product roadmap and refining feature propositions to enhance value.

What We're Seeking:

• 2+ years of B2B eCommerce product management experience with a focus on software product delivery.
• Customer Interaction: Proven ability to extract clear requirements from customer engagements.
• Data Proficiency: Strong capacity to derive actionable insights from data, informing product decisions.
• User Experience: Experience in delivering software products and services with a keen eye on user-centric design.
• Data Fluency: Aptitude in handling and interpreting large datasets, translating them into scalable solutions.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of web application architecture, various database technologies, and familiarity with payment systems, fintech, and ERP systems.
• Visualization Skills: Proficiency in crafting wireframes and mock-ups to communicate ideas effectively.
