Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Berlin (Hybrid)

Salary: €85,000 - €95,000

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be part of a team that builds, trains, and deploys machine learning models to address real-world challenges in healthcare and logistics. Working alongside engineers, data scientists, and product managers, you will develop solutions that scale, improve efficiency, and drive business impact. You'll have the opportunity to work on ground breaking projects that utilize AI to deliver actionable insights and tangible improvements for clients.

Their mission is to revolutionize how businesses leverage artificial intelligence to solve complex problems, optimize operations, and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms for real-time applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various product offerings.
• Conduct research on cutting-edge AI technologies and stay current with the latest advancements in the field.
• Develop end-to-end data pipelines for feature extraction, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Monitor model performance and implement improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to developing tools and platforms for AI model management and deployment.

Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI, or a similar domain.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges.
• Familiarity with MLOps, data pipelines, and model monitoring tools.
