Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Munich (Hybrid)

Salary: €85,000 - €90,000

Allegiance Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join a innovative tech team. In this role, you will design, implement, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex problems and enhance product offerings. You’ll be working on a variety of projects, from natural language processing to computer vision, using cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for large-scale applications
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate ML models into production
• Conduct data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality
• Implement machine learning pipelines, including model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the performance of deployed models over time
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI research

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data structures
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying models at scale
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data pipelines

Desirable:

• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures and frameworks
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
