Your role💼

Your challenges will include:

• Define project objectives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Participating in functional analysis and defining project objectives;
• Planning and assigning technical tasks;
• Coordinating and supervising task execution;
• Anticipating and managing potential risks;
• Supporting vendor management within the project scope;
• Providing regular updates on project progress;
• Organizing and optimizing collaboration among cross-functional teams;
• Ensuring the successful deployment of implemented solutions;
• Preparing technical documentation and meeting minutes;
• Facilitating knowledge transfer to internal teams;
• Effectively closing out projects while meeting time and budget constraints.

Requirements 💡

• At least 8 years of professional experience in IT project management;
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Luxembourgish is a plus.
• Experience gained in large companies;
• Proven success in managing complex IT projects;
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner;
• Proficiency in MS Project for project planning and management;
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities;
• Knowledge of regulations and standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and similar frameworks;
• Ability to understand and interact with IT infrastructures and systems.
• Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
