Freelance UX/UI Designer (8 hrs/wk)

TriGlobal is a fully online based company (two-sided platform) with a large history in lead generation. We have a scale up mentality and are value and data driven. In 2024 we matched more than 200,000 consumers to a suitable (international) moving company, and we have been experiencing rapid growth over the past years. Sirelo, our B2C platform, has long been a trusted resource for moving guides and online reviews. Combining our desires for growth and innovation, our ambition is to bring Sirelo to the next level. 

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience as a UX/UI Designer 
• Strong affinity for webforms, funnel & conversion-focused projects 
• Proficiency in standard design & wireframing tools (ex. Figma) 
• Ability to design within an existing (and evolving) design system 
• HBO Bachelor in Web Design or closely related discipline 
• Sharing your work portfolio is a plus 

What the role will look like:

• You will closely collaborate with Product Manager & Growth Marketer to iteratively deliver product solutions throughout our customer journey
• You will leverage UI precision and UX thinking to improve our webforms, enhancing the quality of our lead capture while optimising for conversion 
• You create wireframes and workflows for concepting new projects and improving our platform 
• You will enrich our design library with new website elements and optimize existing components 
• You will create graphics and visual assets to bring our branding and website content to the next level 
• You will present progress to internal stakeholders and effectively process feedback
