The HR Support Services Division is an important business enabler and interface within the organistaion staff and management at all sites. We work fully digitally using SAP SuccessFactors, and according to a harmonised,

Under the supervision of the Head of the Recruitment Support (primary reporting line), the post holder performs specialised recruitment and HR administrative / payroll tasks:
Preparation and publication of Job Requisitions using SAP SuccessFactors
Initial screening of applications according to formal criteria (e.g. gender, nationality, level of education)
Arranging job interviews (mostly on-line) and their follow-up with the interview boards
Managing candidates via the SAP SuccessFactors candidate pipeline, covering all statuses from application to hired
Specific communication with candidates
Arranging pre-recruitment security checks for selected candidates
Basic on-boarding of new hires
Contract and position (ie. in the organizational structure) administration
On an ad-hoc basis, supporting the Staff Administration Service with hiring actions, payroll inputs, payroll verifications and related reporting.
What do we offer you
- Fulltime job with 40 hours a week
- Salary of 2800 gross
- Travel allowance
- Home working of 2 days after introduction period
- From March/mid March for 6 months to start with, possibility of extension
Who are you?
University Degree at minimum Bachelor’s level, and proven minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central modules, as well as SAP R/3 on-premise HRIS software.
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online and Classic is an asset
Ability to work autonomously, but with a good team spirit, in a fast-paced administration
Attention to detail and swift follow-up of actions
Excellent sense of discretion and confidentiality
Very good communication skills, in particular as regards the preparation of clear written correspondence in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
