Join our team as a Java & Kotlin Developer (Hybrid – Lisbon, Coimbra, Braga)!
What You’ll Do:
- Develop software using Java and Spring Boot for modern applications with microservice architecture.
- Work on building, enhancing, and maintaining REST APIs to support various services and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable applications.
- Utilize Kotlin to support additional development tasks and enhance application performance.
- Contribute to the integration of microservices and ensure seamless communication between systems.
- Work with GCP and Firestore (a plus) to develop cloud-native solutions and applications in a modern tech stack.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Java development, especially with Spring Boot.
- Familiarity with Kotlin for backend development.
- Experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Proficiency in building and consuming REST APIs and working with HTTP protocols.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firestore (a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in an Agile environment and manage project requirements.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
