Your Mission

As an essential part of our product team, you’ll help develop impactful products, prioritise the backlog, and collaborate across teams to drive growth. With a proactive mindset, you’ll tackle challenges, grow your skills, and fuel innovation in our dynamic start-up.

Your Day-to-Day

• Support the organization and maintenance of the product backlog, ensuring clear and updated priorities;
• Create and maintain documentation related to product performance, including collecting, analyzing, and interpreting simple data to support decision-making;
• Participate in the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch, undertaking specific tasks and learning from more experienced colleagues;
• Support the development of internal products, ensuring basic standards and a good user experience;
• Organize tickets, update their status, and prioritize them under the supervision of senior team members;
• Identify simple technical issues and monitor the implementation of solutions in collaboration with the team;
• Actively participate in brainstorming meetings, contributing clear and relevant ideas;
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the execution of ongoing projects;
• Develop communication skills with the guidance of more experienced colleagues;
• Demonstrate proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, Confluence, and Excel;
• Learn and apply product management practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management and/or Marketing;
• Eligible for an IEFP Internship (mandatory);
• Strong interest in product management, with some background in design, technology, or data analysis;
• Basic organizational and communication skills (essential for handling tasks and collaborating in a team);
• Willingness to learn and grow in a start-up environment;
• Proactive attitude to understand processes and contribute ideas;
• Basic technical knowledge such as Jira, Trello, Figma, Confluence, or Excel (optional - nice to have);
• Proficiency in English (is a plus);
• Availability: Immediate
