Graphic Design Lead, 100% (m/f/d) – Watch Industry

A renowned Swiss company in the watch industry is looking for a creative and experienced professional to join their team as a Graphic Design Lead. In this role, you will play a key part in developing high-quality designs for both digital and print materials, contributing to the brand’s visual identity.

• Create and develop visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, packaging, and more.
• Ensure a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and align designs with strategic objectives.
• Adapt designs for different platforms (web, print, mobile) while ensuring optimal quality.
• Create assets for specific marketing campaigns.
• Develop presentation decks, trade show materials, and promotional content.
• Maintain and expand the image database.
• Review externally developed designs to ensure brand and CI conformity.

• Degree in Graphic Design.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the luxury or watch industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise, particularly in luxury branding and visual storytelling.
• Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for high-quality design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German or French is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is an advantage.
