As the *Chief Technology Officer (CTO)*, you will lead the technology strategy and innovation for the SRC Ecosystem project, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies to build a comprehensive end-to-end solution for *AI-powered trade finance*, *blockchain-based supply chain management*, and *smart contract tokenization*. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop a scalable, secure, and user-centric platform that enables SMEs to access trade finance and supply chain solutions previously unavailable to them.

Key Responsibilities:

*1. Strategic Technology Leadership*:
- *Define and drive the technology vision* for the $SRC Ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and the broader mission to address the $2.5 trillion trade finance gap.
- Lead the development of a *blockchain-based platform* for tokenization, smart contracts, and decentralized trade finance solutions.
- Provide high-level technical guidance on the *AI-driven risk assessment*, *credit scoring models*, and *data analytics* that will power the ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to establish the overall *product roadmap*, prioritizing features and technical solutions to meet the needs of SMEs in global trade and supply chain management.

*2. Architecture and Development*:
- Lead the design and implementation of a *robust, scalable, and secure blockchain architecture* that supports smart contracts, tokenization, and other decentralized financial solutions.
- Oversee the development of *AI-powered systems* for assessing trade finance risks, automating due diligence (DD), and enhancing the decision-making process for SMEs and investors.
- Ensure *interoperability* between different blockchain networks, platforms, and financial systems to allow for seamless integration and cross-border transactions.
- Ensure that the platform is capable of handling *large-scale data processing*, *real-time analytics*, and *complex financial transactions* in a decentralized environment.

*3. Team Leadership and Collaboration*:
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team of *blockchain developers*, *data scientists*, *AI engineers*, and *product managers*.
- Foster a culture of *innovation*, *collaboration*, and *continuous improvement* within the technical team.
- Work closely with the *business development* and *operations teams* to understand market needs, technical requirements, and customer pain points, ensuring that the product aligns with real-world applications.
- Manage relationships with *external technology partners*, including *blockchain protocols*, *AI vendors*, and *cloud infrastructure providers*.

*4. Security, Compliance, and Risk Management*:
- Implement industry-leading security measures to protect user data, financial transactions, and sensitive business information across the platform.
- Ensure the platform adheres to *regulatory standards* and *compliance requirements* for trade finance, tokenization, and digital assets, including *AML/KYC*, *GDPR*, and other relevant regulations.
- Drive the *auditability* and *transparency* of transactions on the blockchain to ensure trust and accountability for SMEs and investors.
- Develop strategies for mitigating *cybersecurity risks*, *smart contract vulnerabilities*, and other potential threats.

*5. Innovation and Continuous Improvement*:

- Drive the *research and development* of new features and capabilities that improve the user experience, scalability, and performance of the ecosystem.
- Champion the adoption of *DeFi (Decentralized Finance)* solutions and other innovative financial technologies to further democratize trade finance access for SMEs globally.

*6. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication*:
- Communicate complex technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
- Represent theSRC Ecosystem in *industry events*, *conferences*, and *partnership discussions*, positioning the project as a leader in blockchain-based trade finance solutions.
- Collaborate with *legal and compliance teams* to ensure that the platform meets all regulatory and legal requirements.

*Required Skills and Qualifications*:

*Technical Expertise*:
- Extensive experience in *blockchain technology*, including *smart contracts*, *tokenization*, and *decentralized applications (dApps)*.
- Strong background in *AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning)*, particularly in *risk assessment*, *credit scoring*, and *predictive analytics* for trade finance.
- Proven experience with *cloud technologies* (e.g., AWS, Azure), *data infrastructure*, and *big data analytics*.
- Expertise in *secure software development* practices and *cryptographic protocols* for financial transactions.
- Solid understanding of *distributed ledger technologies (DLT)*, including *Ethereum*, *Polkadot*, *Hyperledger*, and other blockchain frameworks.

*Leadership and Management*:
- *Proven leadership experience* in a technology executive role, ideally in the *blockchain*, *fintech*, or *AI-driven industries*.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while maintaining a focus on long-term strategy and technical excellence.
