About The Role

UI/UX Design: The UI/UX Developer defines a technical solution based on business and technical requirements including User Interface Design with a concentration on User Centric Development

UI/UX Development: The UI/UX Developer writes application code to meet the technical solution.

Test Automation: Develops UI/UX that performs unit, integration and negative test cases prior to release from software development into traditional QA & Test tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Designs application user interfaces (UI) / user experience (UX) to meet the user requirements of a business and documentation of the design
• Involved in defining the integration strategy including rationale, integration environment requirements, and determines the product-component integration sequence
• Assesses and identifies mitigation for risks, including those related to high level design, integration, and data quality
• Participates in design reviews
• Develops UI/UX, including source code and descriptions, for all Software Components in accordance with Detailed Software Requirements specification, the functional design and the technical design document or backlog
• Participates and resolves findings in reviews (4 eyes principle) of developed UI/UX
• Develops methods to deploy Change Items (CIs) to the target environments
• Provides Release Deployments on non-Production Management controlled environments
• Fixes software defects/bugs
• Measures and analyzes code for quality
  
  
  

Skills:

• Ability to operate independently while establishing strong working relationships with co-workers, cross-functional teams, work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizations
• Experience with structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Demonstrate critical attention to detail and deadlines, and are self-motivated
• Ability to write high quality code according to DB standards
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve business or production problems
• Proficient written, communication skills, and English language skills (written/verbal)
• Excellent team worker that can keep pace with technical innovation
• Expertise in: React, Javascript, TypeScript, AG Grid, Jest, Redux, Web Pack, HTML, XML, CSS
• Nice to have: Java, SQL, SpringBoot, Spring 3.0, Test tools (e.g. Mockito, Cucumber, Fitnesse), Agile process fundamentals, Oracle 19 or higher.
