Fullstack Developer with React Focus (m/f/d)

Your role

• Join one of our new cross-functional teams that builds smart shift planning solutions for the healthcare sector.
• Shape the codebase and architecture of our next-gen product.
• Use your experience to build an outstanding user experience on a best-practices codebase.
• Learn and teach about new approaches from fellow developers and experts.
• Build and improve software that impacts the life of thousands of medical professionals.
• Work with our product organisation to drive short feedback cycles by delivering affordable and extendable product increments.
• Closely collaborate with fellow engineers to refine our architecture, drive technical topics, and share knowledge across the tech organisation.

Your experience & personality

• You are enthusiastic about JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• You have 5+ years of experience with web or cloud application development.
• You have 5+ years of experience with React best-practices development.
• You have hands-on experience with automated tests.
• You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
• You are passionate about developing applications with an excellent user experience and value clean, robust, maintainable code.
• You are a team player.
• You have a problem-solving mindset.
• You are fluent in English.

Nice to have

• You like Kotlin and have had your first experiences with it.
• Relevant experience with more of our tech stack (Java, Kafka, MySQL, AWS Lambda, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
• Experience with building and running B2B and/or SaaS software.
