Backend Developer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Java, Python, and cloud-native architectures to restructure and enhance the backend of our platform. This is a high-impact role where you will work on critical business logic, performance optimization, and architectural improvements for a complex ERP-like system.

• Design, develop, and optimize the Java-based backend of our enterprise platform.
• Introduce missing business logic and refactor existing services to improve maintainability.
• Improve scalability and performance, ensuring the system can handle increasing demands.
• Collaborate with frontend teams, architects, and product managers to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Optimize database efficiency, API performance, and cloud-based deployment strategies.
• Drive best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, automated testing, and clean architecture.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the backend team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues, ensuring high system reliability.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with Java & Python.
• Experience designing and building scalable microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases, API design, and event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in AWS and containerization (Docker).
• Experience with enterprise software, ERP systems, or other large-scale business platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
