Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our DevOps initiatives and ensure seamless integration between development and operations. The successful candidate will drive automation, improve system scalability, security, and reliability, and take ownership of the execution of the DevOps roadmap.

Location: Sweden

Experience: 6+ Years (Banking/Fintech preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement the DevOps strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

- Design automated infrastructure solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and resilience.

- Develop and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab.

- Lead containerization efforts using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Incorporate DevSecOps practices to ensure security across the development lifecycle.

- Continuously assess and implement new tools and technologies to improve system performance.

- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure best practices in DevOps.

- Troubleshoot complex systems and provide efficient solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proficiency in containerization, automation, and scripting languages like Python.

- Proven leadership experience in driving DevOps strategies and mentoring teams.

- Relevant DevOps certifications preferred.

- Experience in the financial services, banking, or fintech sector is a plus.

- Experience with microservices and serverless computing.
