Vi söker nu dig som vill vara konsult och etablera nya arbetssätt hos vår kund, där du får möjlighet att stötta ditt egna samt övriga team. Du kommer få leda team med agila principer – Scrum – SAP Activate. Andra uppgifter som rollen innehåller är planering, koordinering, facilitering av möten/waveplaneringar/sprintplaneringar/reviews etc. Du kommer även att samverka med andra sektioner, teamledare, sektionschef och områdesansvariga.

Din roll:

• Agil teamledning: Stödja och etablera arbetssätt enligt Scrum och SAP Activate.
• Planering & facilitering: Koordinera sprintplanering, reviews, och iteration planning
• Samarbete: Jobba nära chefer, områdesansvariga och andra teamledare.
• Kommunikation: Säkerställa tydlig dialog och smidigt samarbete mellan teamen.
• IT-förvaltning & utveckling: Driva vidareutveckling HR-systemet.
  
  

Din profil:

• Du är kommunikativ och har lätt för att bygga relationer.
• Du har god kännedom om agila metoder förvärvade genom utbildning och arbetserfarenhet.
• Du har haft roller som teamlead/scrum master eller motsvarande inom IT-förvaltning eller inom systemutveckling under en sammanlagd tid av minst två år.
• Du har även god samarbetsförmåga och tidigare erfarenhet som Scrum Master eller teamledare inom IT/systemutveckling.
  
  

Du kommer vara på plats i Enköping stora delar av din arbetstid.
