As VP of Operational Excellence, you’ll be the driving force behind our operational strategy, ensuring teams reach their highest potential while supporting sustainable growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Operational Excellence: Develop and execute a global strategy to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation across the company.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Instil a culture of ongoing learning and performance optimization across all teams.
• Align with Strategy: Work with senior leadership to ensure operational goals are aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
• Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Use Hubexo’s data and insights to inform operational improvements.
• Build High-Performing Teams: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of operational excellence professionals.
• Manage Transformations: Oversee cross-departmental projects, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Ensure Quality and Sustainability: Focus on scalable, high-quality processes that drive continuous growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in System Science, IT Management, or related fields. Advanced degrees or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Proven track record in large-scale transformations, with expertise in global operations, ideally in tech or construction.
• Skills: Mastery of Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
