In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and architecture of cutting-edge Power BI-based reporting and analytics solutions. Responsibilities:

• Architecting Power BI Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of Power BI-based reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring they meet organizational goals for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Data Modeling: Develop robust and efficient data models within Power BI, ensuring that the data is structured for optimal performance and easy consumption by end-users.
• ETL Processes: Oversee and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure seamless data integration from various sources into Power BI.
• Dashboard and Report Development: Lead and mentor the team in creating visually appealing, interactive, and insightful dashboards and reports tailored to various business units.
• Performance Optimization: Work to optimize Power BI reports for speed and efficiency, ensuring quick load times even for large data sets.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, including department heads and executives, to understand business requirements and translate them into Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Best Practices and Standards: Establish best practices, design standards, and governance policies for Power BI solutions across the organization.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of Power BI developers and analysts, providing technical expertise and fostering an environment of continuous learning.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide troubleshooting and performance tuning for Power BI reports and dashboards. Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure business continuity.
• Data Security and Governance: Implement and ensure data security and governance policies for data access, roles, and permissions in Power BI.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with the latest Power BI features and updates, recommending new tools or techniques to improve reporting processes and capabilities.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SAP HANA, SQL, and Data verse.
• Expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Report Server.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially in BI development.
• Mandatory Skills: Strong Power BI expertise required
• Desired Skills/Additional Skills: Power Automate
• Years of Experience Needed: 7+ Years
