Project Description:

Our client, one of the largest CPG companies in the world, is doing transformation of their processes and tools to be more efficient and to strength their leadership role in the industry. As part of this initiative internal teams are regularly trained with Agile ways of working with help of the professional coaching team.

As part of the project you will join coaching team and will have opportunity to work with people from various locations, cultures and parts of business within organization.

Responsibilities:

- Coaching engagement assessment

- Preparation of the coaching materials

- End-2-end training of the assigned teams

- Joining the teams in the role of Scrum Master to facilitate the Agile practices

Mandatory Skills Description:

-Agile Certifications

-Lean Agile

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

-Experience working with SAFe

-Experience working as Scrum Master

Languages:

English: C1 Advanced
