Data Analyst

Role: Data Analyst

Location = Remote Poland

Duration = 12 months

Duties

Collaborate with analytics lead to understand requirements provided by stakeholders.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to support product performance measurement and business insights.

Extract, clean, and analyze data from Snowflake to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in reporting.

Translate technical and analytical requirements into functional and visually appealing dashboards.

Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and insights to help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing dashboards for performance and usability.

Support documentation of processes, KPIs, and data models to ensure knowledge sharing and team alignment.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in quantitative field.

3-5 years of experience with Excel, Tableau, Snowflake / SQL is must.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.

Knowledge of dbt (data build tool) and Git is preferred

Ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly dashboards and reports.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a willingness to learn and ask questions.

Good understanding of KPIs and performance metrics within IT product management or a related domain.
