Job Description

 Job Purpose:

  • Coordinate and monitor the work submitted by senior Inspection Engineers.

Key Results Accountabilities

  • Prepare periodical reports for campaigns throughout the year in developers’ areas and free zones, and compile an annual report summarizing all campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing documents required for section presentations and seminars.
  • Prepare monthly and annual reports on the financial revenue of the section and coordinate with the financial team for submission and record of documents.
  • Prepare monthly statements of fines and coordinate with finance for collection and submission.
  • Help in preparing the annual budget with the concerned parties.
  • Meet contractors, respond to their queries, and provide them with document requirements.

Qualifications

 Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.

Skills

  • 0-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes .
  • Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation .
