Job Purpose:
- Coordinate and monitor the work submitted by senior Inspection Engineers.
- Prepare periodical reports for campaigns throughout the year in developers’ areas and free zones, and compile an annual report summarizing all campaigns.
- Assist in preparing documents required for section presentations and seminars.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on the financial revenue of the section and coordinate with the financial team for submission and record of documents.
- Prepare monthly statements of fines and coordinate with finance for collection and submission.
- Help in preparing the annual budget with the concerned parties.
- Meet contractors, respond to their queries, and provide them with document requirements.
Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes .
- Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.
- Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation .
