Job Description:

The purpose of the job is to oversee all financial aspects of business, drive the company’s financial strategy and planning, assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and monitor all financial activity of the organization
• Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks
• Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to senior Leaders
• Outline and implement company-wide budget plans
• Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth.
• Analyse and interpret financial data and present the information with reports and presentations to the board of directors and executive director
• Provide strategic financial planning advice to upper management for long-term growth

Education/ Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field;
• Certification MSc/MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA

Experience & Knowledge

• 8+ years of experience, with strong fundamental knowledge of all aspects of finance
• Previous fortune 100 technology experience, preferably from a FAANG company (mandatory)
• Previous AI experience is a plus
• Experience reporting to Boards or Senior Management Committees.
• Experience in finance business partnering working closely with C level leaders, customer facing and operational teams
• Understanding of intellectual property (IP) development accounting treatment and capitalization rules for intellectual property (IP) / intangible asset.
