Product Owner

What will be the challenge in the role:

• Elicit and prioritize user stories, features, and product requirements based on market research, client and customer feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a product that meets user and business expectations.
• Develop and maintain the product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing tasks to maximize value delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Monitor performance of the products, gather user feedback, and iterate on its features and functionality to enhance its overall value and usability.

What you need to succeed in the role:

• 3+ years of experience working on technology-powered products as a product manager/owner
• Demonstrated ability to develop solutions for challenging problems, recognizing key dependencies across teams and considering the relevant business constraints
• Strong sense of ownership, productivity, and improvement in a cross-functional and cross-locational team setup
• Excellent skills in analyzing and leveraging data for structured decision-making
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and processes
• Demonstrated ability to develop solutions for hard problems, recognizing key dependencies across teams and considering the relevant business constraints
• Fluency in English as the main working language
• Lead problem-solving initiatives by collaborating with key stakeholders and getting results fast.
