We are currently building a proof of concept (PoC) for a customer/design partner, and we’re looking for a Lead Developer to play a key role in shaping our product’s future.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and iterating on a PoC for a key customer
- Enhancing and updating our existing MVP (progressive web app)
- Building a provider administration portal for healthcare professionals
- Collaborating closely with product and design teams to create an intuitive user experience
- Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (or deep expertise in either front-end or back-end)
- Proficiency in our tech stack:
- Backend: PHP (Laravel 10.10)
- Frontend: JavaScript (Vue3 3.3.13), Tailwind (3.2.1)
- Database: MySQL 8, MSSQL 2019 for SMS notifications
- Ambitious, confident, and a team player who can advocate for their ideas
- Emotionally intelligent with strong soft skills to collaborate effectively
- A flexible thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with health tech or building SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with AWS hosting and cloud-based infrastructure
- Prior startup experience
