Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the development and implementation of the company’s solutions and applications.
  • Assist the project/product manager to manage and lead a team of developers to identify and manage scope, constraints, dependencies and risk.
  • Help assign and oversee the daily tasks to the team while ensuring everyone are actively working towards established milestones.
  • Manage each phase of the development life cycle and ensure that all tasks/objectives in each phase are met.
  • Benchmark and optimize performance as necessary.
  • Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
  • Defining a vision for a product.
  • Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
  • Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
  • Facilitates the building and releasing of features by the engineering team.
  • Effective people leader with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
  • Strong team player who is able to communicate well, and excited to learn new technologies in a fast phase environment.


Reguirements

  • Singaporean
  • At least 5+ years of experience in application development and maintenance with full software development life cycle experience prior to assuming a senior or managerial role.
  • Good functional knowledge to analyze, design and develop effective / efficient solutions in meeting business requirements.
  • Proven experience to manage a team of developers.
  • At least 5 years of experience in full stack development is preferred prior to assuming a senior or managerial role.
  • Experienced in working with/in a team of developers.
  • Possesses knowledge on Node.js, Javascript, Typescript, .NET or Python.
  • Possesses knowledge on MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Possesses knowledge on Docker Containerization technologies.
  • Possesses knowledge on security related topics such as hardening, validation or VAPT.
  • Experiences in working with AWS & Azure technologies.
  • Experiences in working with microservices architecture.
  • Experiences in working with IAM/IDP solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID, AWS Cognito.
  • Have experiences in working on products for the facilities management, sustainability and retail management industry is a plus.
  • Have previously assumed the role of a product owner is a plus.
