Product Designer

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Product Designer for a 12 month contract role with experience in Technology side of industry

What Will You Do

• Establish and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency, usability, and scalability across our product suite.
• Play a pivotal role in shaping the design direction of our complex infrastructure planning/monitoring products by closely collaborating across departments to ensure design efforts are aligned with strategic business goals and contributing to the overall strategy and decision-making process
• Ability to design end-to-end flows and deliver polished, high fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts, showcasing the potential of our data center and network management technologies to both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Conduct in-depth user research and collaborate directly with customers to integrate their insights into our design process, ensuring our infrastructure management interfaces are continually refined to meet user/stakeholder needs.
• Build from the ground up, demonstrate thought leadership

What Will You Need:

• Experience in product design experience, with a focus on designing complex software applications focused on efficiency
• Expertise in using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design concepts
