We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to help establish and standardize data processes across the company and its business lines. This is a unique opportunity to build our data foundation from scratch (0–1) and drive meaningful business impact through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

Data Standardization and Framework Development:

• Establish and enforce company-wide and business-line-specific data standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data practices with business needs.
  
  

Data Infrastructure And Pipeline Management

• Design and build scalable ETL pipelines and data warehouses using tools like MySQL, Google Cloud, and AWS.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure seamless data accessibility for analytics.
  
  

Data Analysis And Insights Generation

• Conduct product, growth, and operational analytics to uncover trends, inform strategy, and optimize performance.
• Partner with teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  
  

Data Visualization And Reporting

• Create dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Ensure stakeholders have actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  
  

Market Expansion Analytics

• Support business expansion into new markets by analyzing data to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  
  

Experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years' experience in Business / Data Analyst positions within an internet or tech company (open to 3+ years' from crypto background)
• Proven experience in product analytics, growth analytics, operations analytics, or data product development.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficient in data warehouse architecture and ETL pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with tools like MySQL, Google Cloud, AWS, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  
  

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex data insights to diverse audiences.
  
  

Language

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively across teams and markets.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with statistical analysis software such as R or Python.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy.
