The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 - $140,800, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.

In this role, you will:
- Design Excellence: Craft visually compelling, user-centered designs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Research: Conduct or leverage user research to inform and validate design decisions.
- Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and analytics to refine designs.
- Animation: Create micro-interactions or animations that enhance the user experience (a plus).
- Advocacy: Champion best practices in product design and contribute to building a design-centric culture.
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Experience: 3-5 years in product design, Product Design, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools; familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, After Effects) is a plus.
- Visual Design: Strong foundation in layout, typography, and color theory.
- User Research: Experience conducting usability studies and analyzing qualitative/quantitative data.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
