UI/UX Designer

We are in search of an exceptional Senior UI Designer with expertise in Figma to join our expanding UX/UI team. As a key member of the team, you will be instrumental in crafting visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products. The ideal candidate not only brings a wealth of UI design experience but is also a Figma aficionado, capable of leveraging the tool to its fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with user researchers to understand the workflows, challenges, and preferences of financial advisors regarding investment fund management.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize the steps advisors take to switch or diversify investment funds.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure designs align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop interactive prototypes to test new features and gather actionable user feedback.
• Conduct usability testing at critical stages of the project to validate design decisions and identify improvements.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing insights to enhance usability and accessibility.
• Utilize the company’s design system to maintain consistency across UI elements.
• Facilitate seamless design-to-development handoff by providing developers with clear specifications and assets.
• Review developer output to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in SaaS application design.
• Proficiency in Figma and expertise with Auto Layout for efficient design workflows.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Familiarity with financial services or similar industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with design systems and ensuring design consistency across large-scale applications.
• Knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques.
