Job Description:

We are seeking a Network Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily technical operations support, troubleshooting network infrastructure, and responding to tickets in ServiceHub. You will be working in a Cisco environment and helping maintain a high-performance network for clients.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Respond to and manage ServiceHub tickets, providing first-line response and troubleshooting network issues.
• Assist with the design, installation, and configuration of network communications infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless access points, and wireless LAN controllers.
• Provide technical support for network hardware and software issues related to data transport (wired and wireless).
• Diagnose technical issues, resolve them, and escalate as necessary.
• Collaborate with project managers on network infrastructure for small-scale projects.
• Order and manage network hardware, software, and vendor circuits as required.
• Prioritize workload and make decisions on network design and administration for various projects.

Must-Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience in a network-related role.
• Familiarity with Cisco environment, specifically Cisco Route Switch.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for network issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage 10-20 tickets a day, ranging in complexity.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working with multiple agencies or clients.
• Knowledge of wired and wireless network infrastructure.
• Ability to engage vendors and stakeholders for technical implementations.
• Previous experience working with ServiceHub or similar ticketing systems.
