Process Control Engineer

Fusion Outsourcing Services is looking to hire a Process Control Engineer with extensive experience within the Oil & Gas industry for an offshore project based in Doha.

Scope of Work:

• Undertake full evaluation of the Control systems including separation units across ALS Field facilities.
• The assessment will include full analyses of the following elements:
• Separation Units – Control scheme and operation of the inlet separators, oil-water separators and crude stabilization.
• Waste heat recovery, heating medium system controls and crude oil heaters. Produced Water Controls. Compression system’s controls, including cooling systems.

Core Experience:

• Control system commissioning
• Produced Water Controls.
• Compression system’s controls, including cooling systems.

Key competencies:

a) Process Control.

b) Tuning of control system:

• Might include commissioning of plants/ projects.
• Existing facilities optimizations.

c) Experience in Oil and Gas processing units – if possible, separations

d) Willingness to cover offshore rotations with offshore certifications.
